SANDUSKY — David Tatro, the CEO and CFO at Family Health Services, seems intent on wanting to change the subject.

Family Health Services opened its downtown office at 149 East Water St. in 2024.

Last week, he promised to send along a copy of a corrective action plan the clinic received from the Ohio Department of Health after it failed to safeguard vaccines, likely administering about 60 Sandusky Schools students with vaccines that were spoiled, had no potency or were expired.

“Yes, can send the corrective action plan in timeline you have proposed,” Tatro responded to a public records request from StayTunedSandusky.com that asked for the report to be provided by Friday.
