SANDUSKY — An appeals court just handed local law enforcement a major reality check—and it could unravel a 25-year-plus prison sentence.

The Ohio Sixth District Court of Appeals ruled Friday that Sandusky Police unconstitutionally barged into a local residence without a search warrant back in December 2020.
