SANDUSKY — Convicted podcaster Ashli Ford made a post this morning declaring she lost her Supreme Court challenge to disqualify Erie County Common Pleas Court Judge Beverly McGookey form presiding over Ford’s upcoming fraud trial.
The decision has not posted to the online docket.
