MILAN — Ashli Ford was ordered to pay the outstanding balance on the mortgage of her Mason Road home within three days on Feb. 5, or move out.
That’s according to a court ruling in Ford’s mortgage foreclosure case. The foreclosure is at the center of the criminal charges Ford still faces. Her trial on forgery and mortgage fraud charges is scheduled for May.
