SANDUSKY — Attorney Ken Bailey has issued a blistering pushback against local podcaster and accused exploiter Ashli Ford following a series of wide-ranging social media posts targeting local defense attorneys, judges, and area churches.

Ford’s latest post levied sweeping accusations against Faith Church (formerly Faith Memorial), Father’s Heart Family Church, Erie County Common Pleas Judges Roger Binette and Tygh Tone, and defense attorney Kate Pruchnicki of Bailey & Associates. Ford attempted to connect the legal representation of criminal defendants—including Samuel Lusher, indicted on 11 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor, and Robert Stein—to a broader, multi-decade conspiracy of institutional protection.
