Ashli Ford's defense attorney is a no-show at arraignment

SANDUSKY — Ashli Ford showed up for an arraignment Tuesday afternoon, but her attorney did not.
Ford was scheduled to be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. on a 13th charge added to her prior indictment on forgery, theft and fraud charges. The additional charge is perjury. The arraignment was postponed, however, after it became clear that her counsel, Peter Pattakos, was not there to represent her.
A court official told StayTunedSandusky.com the arraignment was rescheduled. Peter Pattakos did not respond to texts and emails asking him if he intends to continue representing Ford.
