No substance: Peter Pattakos self-promotion at Facebook mimics convicted podcaster's

SANDUSKY — There’s been wild speculation about what took place in the jury room Tuesday after testimony in Ashli Ford’s forgery and mortgage fraud trial ended last week, including that a holdout juror convinced other jurors to pack it in early.

News outlets were prevented from taking photos or recording Ford’s testimony last week after she exercised the option of prohibiting it. The only authorization for photos from inside the courtroom was granted by the court to StayTunedSandusky.com. This photo was taken by an unknown person and posted at Pattakos’ law firm’s Facebook page on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.

“Jeff Logan,” a pseudonym used by a female supporter of Ford’s who pretends to be a man at Facebook, called out the justice system in Erie County in a post a day before the jury returned deadlocked.
