SANDUSKY — A social media page dedicated to Cedar Point memories posted this photo of Battery Park in Sandusky, on October 17. The area, which sits a short boat ride to Cedar Point, is prepped and ready for development under a contract between the city and Marous Brothers, the developer that built City Hall, renovated the Feick Building downtown and built the Bowling Green State University Hospitality building downtown.
Battery Park, underutilized for a half-century, is envisioned as a $200 million multi-use resort with condominiums, rentals, retail and office spaces.
