Complaint alleges attorney's verbal, harassing attacks on victims during her podcast breaks 'no contact' rule
SANDUSKY — In a dramatic escalation of the legal sagas surrounding convicted podcaster Ashli Ford, a named felony victim has formally petitioned county probation officials and the Special Prosecutor to revoke her community control and institute a suspended nine-month prison sentence.
Mike White—one of four city officials targeted by Ford, according to the grand jury indictment that led to Ford’s May 2025 felony intimidation convictions—submitted a formal complaint to Probation Administrator Beth Schmitz and Chief Probation Officer Kelli F. Bias on Tuesday.
The filing alleges Ford committed an active, bad-faith breach of her court-ordered “No Contact” mandate during a livestream broadcast she hosted at Facebook on July 23, 2026.
A grand jury indicted Ford on a perjury charge in June after a trial this year in a separate criminal investigation ended in a hung jury, which also represents a probation violation.
New complaint
An explicit, legal “No Contact” order barring Ford from direct or indirect contact, harassment, or targeting of four named victims was imposed by Visiting Judge Debra Boros in August 2025 after Ford was convicted in the earlier case. White is one of the four victims.
