PORT CLINTON — A photo at a Facebook page shows Ottawa County’s new $360,000 boat sunk at a dock.

“Donated to sheriffs department only 2-months-old and it sinks at the dock today,” Nick Isaac posted late Friday at the Talk of Put-in-Bay Uncensored.
