SANDUSKY — A fading viral queen will do just about anything for attention, including posing with a banana to promote her longtime obsession with Erie County Prosecutor Kevin Baxter.
Elsebeth Baumgartner, who resides in Oak Harbor, included the hashtags #Staystupidsandusky and #RemoveBaxter in a Facebook post she made Friday, which got notice from her “associate,” attorney Peter Pattakos.
Pattakos was the first person to comment on Baumgartner’s post.
“My God what a beautiful and poignant photo this is,” wrote Pattakos, who has his own history with the banana.
