COLUMBUS — Will U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur finally get gerrymandered out of office?
It’s a question that will get answered in less than a month, but Ohio’s Republican leaders appear intent on doing just that. They are repeating history by slow-walking the constitutionally mandated redistricting process up against a deadline on Friday.
