Five-unit building on Lawrence Street in need of some TLC
City says new owners plan renovations
SANDUSKY — The new owners of a condemned building on Lawrence Street have plans for the property, according to city officials.
“Our records indicate this property was condemned because of a fire in 2022,” Craig Ward, the city code compliance manager told StayTunedSandusky.com. “The property sold in July 2024. The new owners have been in contact with our building department to submit plans for the home.”
No other information about renovations plans or timetables was available from the city.
