Fred Reer's hearing delayed again

Prosecutors, defense counsel inch closer to an agreement for him to plead guilty to killing Amanda Dean

NORWALK — For the second time in as many weeks, a pretrial hearing in the murder case against Fred Reer Jr. was postponed after prosecutors, Reer and his attorney could not reach an agreement for Reer to plead guilty.
