Huron school officials discarded misconduct letter
Administrators never asked about nature of grievance
HURON — The Huron school district appears to have discarded a June 2022 letter from the Ohio Department of Education after it asked for — and received — a revised version clarifying that the district never handled a complaint against a school administrator.
“The district does not have the original letter because ODE sent a revised letter, which replaced the original,” attorney Hannah Markel Klang, representing the district, said in response to questions about the document.
