SANDUSKY — An attorney representing U.S. Sen. Jon Husted told StayTunedSandusky.com that Husted will not be releasing letters he sent local residents explaining his views on Social Security reform.

Senator Husted was in Norwalk briefly in February and met with a few local Republicans. (Photo provided)

“I understand that you have requested copies of correspondence between Sen. Husted and several Ohio constituents,” Sean Dean wrote in an email Monday. “Please note that Sen. Husted treats all such communications as confidential, and that they are not subject to the Freedom of Information Act.”

In the email Dunn lists his title as state director and general counsel.
