SANDUSKY — I just want to figure out what to do with a county-issued check made payable to me dba StayTunedSandusky.com.
When I received a letter Tuesday from my bank’s “Office of the President,” I hoped it might finally clean out the “Problem” box with something more fit for the “Solution” box.
But two weeks after an incident at the Columbus Avenue KeyBank branch, bank executives still haven’t moved off the dime, or offered any solution or follow through. I feel the hostility. I feel the attitude. KeyBank just wants me to go away.
