SANDUSKY — She calls herself the “Screenshot Queen,” but courtroom observers have begun referring to Ashli Ford as the “Queen of Delay.”
Following a 90-minute hearing Monday morning, Erie County Common Pleas Court Judge Beverly McGookey took under advisement defense attorney Peter Pattakos’s motion to dismiss Ford’s mortgage fraud case and an added 13th charge of perjury under claims of double jeopardy.
