Pattakos' filing asking Supreme Court to bar her from trial 'wildly speculative,' false, she contends
SANDUSKY — Ashli Ford and her defense attorney are “judge shopping,” according to Erie County Common Pleas Court Judge Beverly K. McGookey, who responded to an affidavit seeking her disqualification from the State of Ohio v. Ashli Ford case.
McGookey called the Pattakos’ allegations of misconduct “wildly speculative” and inaccurate.
