SANDUSKY — Police descended on a Cleveland Road motel earlier today after staff there reported finding a “large amount of blood in a room and in its bathroom,” police Chief Jared Oliver told StayTunedSandusky.com.
“Due to the suspicious nature of the circumstances, detectives responded and are investigating the incident,” Oliver said.
Authorities remained at the Super 8, and Erie County Prosecutor Kevin Baxter and assistant Prosecutor Paulette Lilly also were there briefly, the Sandusky Register reported.
