COLUMBUS — The Ohio Attorney General who refused to arrest or prosecute a serial rapist from Put-in-Bay and was the only AG to bring charges against a woman who reported alleged sexual misconduct in the police department, now wants a court to dismiss lawsuits related the sexual abuse committed by Dr. Richard Strauss at The Ohio State University.
The AG, Dave Yost, who is stepping down next month, recently filed a motion on behalf of OSU asking to drop 77 cases involving the late Dr. Strauss sexually abusing Ohio State student-athletes.
