SANDUSKY β Fresh off a Sixth District Court of Appeals ruling tossing four felony intimidation counts against his client, Ashli Ford, defense attorney Peter Pattakos wasnβt content merely celebrating the First Amendment win.
Instead, he turned his sights on local media.
In a lengthy public post, Pattakos recalled a conversation with the late Sandusky attorney Geoffrey Oglesby, who famously dubbed the local daily newspaper βthe Ragster.β Pattakos used the moniker to launch a broadside against the Sandusky Register, accusing local journalists of living βon another planetβ and failing to provide βmeaningful coverageβ of Fordβs ongoing legal battles.
