PORT CLINTON — It has been nearly four months since former Port Clinton firefighter and EMS worker Rebekah Huskey-Archacki filed a formal criminal affidavit against Trevor Johnson, a major-crimes investigator with the Ottawa County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

The private-citizen criminal filing—submitted under Ohio Revised Code § 2935.09(D) in the Ottawa County Court of Common Pleas on June 16, 2026—accuses Johnson of tampering with evidence, tampering with records, falsification, failure to report a crime, and complicity.
