SANDUSKY — Police arrested a 16-year old boy who brought a loaded handgun with an extended magazine to school on Monday.
He was charged with carrying a concealed weapon and illegal conveyance of a deadly weapon in a school safety zone.
“There were individuals who alerted school officials and we were notified,” Sandusky police Chief Jared Oliver said. “This was good communication down the line.”
Oliver said the boy also is a suspect in a home invasion on Nov. 17. He was charged with aggravated robbery.
