Sandusky City Commission will vote Monday on a complete overhaul of one of the city’s highest-profile redevelopment projects, the renovation of the historic building at 920 W. Osborne Street. In 2023, Commission approved grant funding to develop 23 affordable senior housing rental units.

Common ground

At its regular meeting Monday evening, Commission is set to vote on a fundamental modification to the Economic Development Grant Agreement with developer Community Building Partners (CBP), abandoning a long-pursued plan for affordable senior rental apartments in favor of a 100% owner-occupied condo model.
