Sitterly sits on sex misconduct allegation against deputy

He had sex with crime suspect and she videotaped it

SANDUSKY — Sixteen months after Deputy Daniel Orzech got caught (on video) with his pants down on duty having sex with a criminal suspect, Huron County Prosecutor Jim Sitterly won’t say if criminal charges against Orzech will be filed.

Sitterly also will not address questions about whether he has a conflict of interest serving as special prosecutor since he is the statutory legal representatives for Huron County Sheriff Todd Corbin, who is under investigation by the same state agents who are investigating Orzech.
