SANDUSKY — After months of uncertainty, representatives from the Sandusky State Theater and its surety, Old Republic Surety Co., took a notable step forward, according to theatre board spokeswoman Colleen Shay Murray.

On July 24, key stakeholders — including legal counsel and construction consultants for both the theater and the surety — met.
