Steve Kraus wants his House seat back
Ex-state Rep claims he's best prepared to replace Swearingen
SANDUSKY — With state Representative D.J. Swearingen stepping aside from the 89th House District race to pursue a new post, former state Rep. Steve Kraus is launching a pitch to county Republican Central Committee members to appoint him back to his old seat.
