SANDUSKY — Erie County Treasurer Caleb Stidham confirmed moments ago that he intends to apply for the Republican nomination in Ohio’s 89th House District following State Rep. D.J. Swearingen’s sudden withdrawal from the November ballot.
In an interview with StayTunedSandusky, Stidham—who also serves as Chairman of the Erie County Republican Party—shared his motivation for seeking the seat, reflected on his work as treasurer, and outlined the upcoming selection process.
