SANDUSKY — What began as a high-stakes effort to remove Erie County Common Pleas judges from Ashli Ford’s criminal cases has descended into an explosive legal brawl.

In a scathing 17-page Supreme Court filing, Erie County Prosecutor Kevin Baxter didn't just deny accusations from Ford’s attorney, he annihilated the claims of collusion and jury tampering with witness statements and one very telling video: more than two full minutes of a juror sleeping through testimony.
