Who will be Sandusky ex officio mayor, vice
City commissioners will select leadership team when it meets Jan 12
SANDUSKY — Luvada Wilson was sworn-in on Monday as a Sandusky city commissioner. Erie County Common Pleas Judge Tygh Tone, Wilson’s former boss, administered the oath.
Wilson was the top vote getter in the November election, finishing with 26% of the vote, leading to speculation she might seek to be commission president or vice president.

“It seems there’s much discussion about that,” Wilson told StayTunedSandusky.com earlier this week. She’s declined to say if she’s interested in either position, which are also known as the ex officio mayor and vice mayor spots on commission.
