Wolf Inn accused in lawsuit of denying OT pay, retaliating against workers

SANDUSKY — A federal complaint filed in the Northern District of Ohio has pulled back the curtain on a contentious legal battle involving a local hotels. Nine former and current employees are suing Wolf Inn, LLC and its owner, Abraham Wolf, alleging a systemic scheme to deny overtime pay and a campaign of “willful and malicious” retaliation.

The lawsuit, Siefke et al. v. Wolf Inn, LLC, claims that management didn’t just miss a few payments—they allegedly ignored their own time clocks to avoid paying workers what they were owed.
