SANDUSKY — The Erie County probation department is expected to make an announcement about its intentions in reference to Ashli Ford, a probationer, being charged with perjury.
Under the terms of probation, the department “may” file a formal “Motion to Revoke Community Control” or a “Notice of Probation Violation” on Ford’s extortion/intimidation case from 2025. Those filings, if they are made, are public records.
