SANDUSKY — About 100 residents attended a fight for lower property tax forum on Friday. where they asked county officials and three local school superintendents about how tax money gets spent.

The four was cosponsored by Serving Our Seniors and STayTunedSandusky.com. Sue Daugherty and STS publisher Matt Westerhold co-moderated the program. Erie County Auditor Rick Jeffrey, county treasurer Caleb Stidham, state Rep. D.J. Swearingen, served on the panel along with Sandusky Schools superintendent Dennis Muratori, Margaretta superintendent Ed Kurt and Huron Schools superintendent James Tatman.
