UPDATE: : Arrests made after shooting on East Parish Street
Source said one person suffering gunshot wounds has died
UPDATE 3 a.m.
SANDUSKY — Police made arrests after a large crowd gathered outside a home on East Parish Street where two people were shot, and later at Firelands Regional Medical Center’s ERA where the victims were taken for treatment.
Officers dispatched to the home began immediately rendering the victims aid and provided medical assistance, Sandusky Police Chief Jared Oliver said. A rescue squad transported the victims to the ER. A source told StayTunedSandusky.com one victim died, but Oliver has not confirmed that.
No other details from police have been released. An investigation is ongoing, the chief said.

1 person shot, killed on E. Parish St. in Sandusky
SANDUSKY —Police were called to 1200 East Parish Street around 12:30 a.m. today, where there was a shooting, according to a source. Although it could not be immediately confirmed, one person was shot and is dead, the source said.
Sandusky Police Chief Jared Oliver was not immediately available for comment. StayTunedSandusky.com.
