GIBSONBURG — The Sandussky County Sheriff’s office announced moments ago that the man suspected of stabbing a Gibsonburg police officer outside Union Bank on West Madison Street this morning has been captured.
Scott Dodd, 25, of Gibsonburg was taken into custody at about 3:10 p.m.
